1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Money Starlight ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Money Starlight provides wilderness survival training courses, bushcraft education, and outdoor skills instruction. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Basic and advanced survival skills courses
• Wilderness first aid training
• Winter survival instruction
• Bushcraft and outdoor living skills
• Navigation and tracking courses

3. Registration and Enrollment

3.1 Eligibility

Participants must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our courses. Participants under 18 must have written parental consent and may require parental supervision.

3.2 Medical Requirements

All participants must disclose relevant medical conditions and physical limitations. We reserve the right to exclude participants whose medical conditions may pose risks to themselves or others.

3.3 Course Prerequisites

Some advanced courses may require completion of prerequisite courses or demonstration of specific skills.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been made. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 15-30 days before course start date
• 25% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before course start date
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before course start date

4.3 Course Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or other circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or course credit.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability

5.1 Inherent Risks

Wilderness survival training involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Exposure to outdoor elements and weather conditions
• Risk of injury from tools, equipment, and activities
• Wildlife encounters and natural hazards
• Physical exertion and demanding activities
• Remote locations with limited access to medical care

5.2 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our courses, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with wilderness survival training and outdoor activities.

5.3 Release of Liability

Participants agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Money Starlight, its instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising from participation in our courses.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to our code of conduct:

• Follow all instructor directions and safety protocols
• Respect other participants, instructors, and the environment
• Arrive prepared with required equipment and clothing
• Maintain sobriety throughout the course duration
• Report injuries or safety concerns immediately

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Equipment and Personal Property

7.1 Personal Equipment

Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate personal equipment as specified in course materials. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7.2 Company Equipment

Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of company-provided equipment. Damage beyond normal wear may result in replacement charges.

8. Photography and Media

By participating in our courses, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes. You grant Money Starlight the right to use your likeness without compensation.

9. Weather and Environmental Conditions

Courses proceed in various weather conditions as part of the learning experience. Extreme weather conditions may result in course modifications or postponement for safety reasons.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, techniques, and content are the intellectual property of Money Starlight. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use course materials without written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Starlight's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Money Starlight from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in courses or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Yukon Territory, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Yukon Territory.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
